Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for UP PEDICON 2026 conference registration fees. By completing your registration, you agree to abide by this policy.

2. Cancellation by Registrant

If you wish to cancel your registration for UP PEDICON 2026, please notify the organizing committee in writing via email at contact@uppedicon2026.org.

The following cancellation terms apply:

• More than 60 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that UP PEDICON 2026 is cancelled by the Muzaffarnagar Association of Pediatrics due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), registrants will be offered:

• A full refund of the registration fee, OR
• Transfer of registration to the next year's conference

4. Postponement of Event

If the conference is postponed to a later date, your registration will automatically be valid for the new dates. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may request a refund as per the cancellation terms applicable at the time of the original scheduled date.

5. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account used during registration.

Please note that bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. No-Show Policy

Registrants who do not attend the conference without prior cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.

7. Transfer of Registration

Registration may be transferred to another person free of charge if requested at least 15 days before the conference. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing with details of the new registrant.
